PORTLAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 20, 2007

1. Meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. by Chairman Fred Knous.

2. Members Present: Fred Knous, Peter LaMalfa, Dave Rintoul

3. Minutes: The minutes of October 17, 2007 were not adopted and will be included for action at the December meeting.

4. Discussion:

a. Interview the Candidates for the Economic Developments Consultants position.

Commission member Mike Elliott arrived at 10:20 a.m.

The following consultant applicants were interviewed:

Mary Dillon Dickerson, Karem Mazza, Anthony Price and Jeff Sattler. The candidates stated their qualifications and experience and responded to questions.

b. 2008 Meeting Schedule Discussion. The schedule will be voted on at the December meeting. EDC meetings will be held on the second Thursday.

5. Public Comment: None

6. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 12:15 p.m. was made by Mike Elliott.
Unanimously approved.
