#07-13: 7 Grandview Terrace. Request variance to ZR Section 4.2.1
to expand portion of house within front yard setback, 3 feet from
property line, where 25 feet is required; ZR Section 3.12.2.E.1
to expand on a lot that is .48 acres when .50 is required; ZR Section
3.12.2.E.2 to erect a structure that is more non-conforming with
reference to the building setback lines. Application and property
of Deborah and Jonathan Clark. Map 21 Lot 27 Zone B2.
Application
#07-14: 162 Main Street. Request variance to ZR Section 8.2.2 to
allow for 5 parking spaces dedicated to first floor use where 11
