The Senior Vitality Center offers other
services as well:
- Hearing screenings (cost free)
- Bocce games (weather permitting)
- Shopping trips
- Ballroom Dancing
- Day trip opportunities
- The 55 Alive Refresher Driving Course (twice
a year)
- A monthly Birthday Party, with guest
speakers, entertainment & refreshments
- Monthly van trips to theaters & museums
- Nutritious hot meals are served daily at the
congregate meal site
- Meals On Wheels, delivered in the Portland
area for those who are house-bound
- Pot Luck Dinners and dances
- Public Forums regarding elderly issues
- A free skin cancer clinic (twice a year)
- Holiday Parties and dances
- Large print library books (courtesy of Portland
Library)
