Time for Tots
Youth Services Time for Tots program meets every Monday from 9:30 to 11:00 at the Youth Services office 265 Main St. starting the middle of September until the 2nd week in June. There is no program on school vacations or holidays. The program is for children 0 to 5 and their caregivers (mothers, fathers, grandparents or daycare providers.) It is an interactive program where caregivers come and stay with their children. During the program time there are scheduled weekly events such as crafts, painting, story time etc. Special activities are also scheduled for holidays.
This is a great program to meet new people and have your children play with children their own age. There is no charge for the program. Click on the "Calendar" to the left for the monthly activities. New Calendar's will be posted in August for the activities for September 2018.
PECC, Youth Services, and Parks and Recreation have teamed up to offer an exciting opportunity for youth children and their families (older siblings welcome) to hike Portland trails with a guide. The first "Little Hikers Club " will post new hikes that are scheduled for September 2018.
