The Ethics Commission is charged with reviewing and enforcing the Town of Portland, CT ethics ordinance as found in the Town ordinance book in Chapter 2 - Administration; Article II-Officers and Employees; Div. I-Generally; §2-33. The Ethics Commission is comprised of 5 regular members and meets quarterly.
