Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) is responsible for ensuring compliance with zoning and subdivision regulations. The Commission also has the responsibility for land use planning and for development and adoption of the Plan of Conservation and Development. The Commission prepares revisions to the subdivision and zoning regulations when necessary. The Planning and Land Use Administrator and Town Engineer provide staff assistance to the Commission. The five person and three alternate member board meets at least twice a month.
