The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is charged with decision making relative to request for variances from the requirements of the Zoning Regulations and appeals of Zoning Enforcement Officer orders. The Board is also responsible for approving the location of gas stations and auto repair/sales dealerships. The Planning Department provides assistance to the Board. The Zoning Board of Appeals is comprised of 5 regular members and 3 alternates and meets the 4th Thursday of each month.
