It is the policy and commitment of the Town of Portland to ensure that fair and equal housing opportunities are granted to all persons, in all housing opportunities and development activities.  First Selectwoman Susan Bransfield or her designee is responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this policy and serves as the Town’s Fair Housing Officer.
